USAID Water and Development II IDIQ (WADI II)

ECODIT is a prime holder of the USAID Water and Development II (WADI II) IDIQ, a global IDIQ focused on responding to water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) and water resource management (WRM) needs in different contexts and scenarios. WADI II supports the USAID Water Center and provides services to USAID Missions and Bureaus to support the implementation of the Water and Development Plan. Task Orders performed under this IDIQ will provide services that maximize benefit across the Development Results of the Plan, the Global Water Strategy, and other Agency policies, strategies, and priorities, and will encourage co-creation, partnering, and innovation. Technical areas include WASH and WRM, as well as water issues related to resilience, food security, and nutrition; the environment; democracy and governance; economic growth and energy; innovation, research, and evaluation; knowledge management; and policy analysis.

USAID ACES IDIQ

ECODIT is a prime holder of the USAID Active Communities - Effective States (ACES) IDIQ, which provides technical assistance and advisory services, training, and direct program implementation to support host country good governance, transparency, and accountability. ACES provides an “accountability systems” approach, which seeks to understand how citizens interact in systems and processes of accountability and to strengthen linkages among formal and informal actors on specific issues. ACES also supports the integration of good governance into programs across USAID’s development portfolio, such as health, education, and economic growth. This means applying Democracy, Rights and Governance (DRG) principles and practices to address political-economic obstacles in other sectors thereby improving overall development outcomes. Activities will be within the following technical areas: (1) Good Governance and Anti-Corruption; (2) Strengthening the Legislative Function/Legal Framework; (3) Decentralization and Local Governance; (4) Rule of Law and Security Sector Reform; and (5) Strengthening Oversight Mechanisms.

GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Contract

ECODIT LLC holds a GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Contract (previously under the 00CORP Schedule). The base ordering period of the contract is September 25, 2019 – September 24, 2024, with 3 5-Year Options.

ECODIT LLC currently has two Special Item Numbers (SINs) awarded under the schedule:

SIN 541611 - Management and Financial Consulting, Acquisition and Grants Management Support, and Business Program and Project Management Services

Services under this SIN include the provision of operating advice and assistance on administrative and management issues. Examples include: strategic and organizational planning, business process improvement, acquisition and grants management support, facilitation, surveys, assessment  and improvement of financial management systems, financial reporting and analysis, due diligence in validating an agency’s portfolio of assets and related support services, strategic financial planning, financial policy formulation and development, special cost studies, actuarial services, economic and regulatory analysis, benchmarking and program metrics, and business program and project management.

SIN 541620 – Environmental Consulting Services

Services under this SIN may include providing advice and assistance to businesses and other organizations on environmental issues, such as the control of environmental contamination from pollutants, toxic substances, and hazardous materials; Endangered species, wetland, watershed, and other natural resource management plans; Archeological and/or cultural resource management plans.   This includes identifying problems (e.g., inspect buildings for hazardous materials), measure and evaluate risks, and recommend solutions

OLM -- Order-Level Materials (OLM)

OLMs are supplies and/or services acquired in direct support of an individual task or delivery order placed against a Schedule contract or BPA. OLM pricing is not established at the Schedule contract or BPA level, but at the order level. Since OLMs are identified and acquired at the order level, the ordering contracting officer (OCO) is responsible for making a fair and reasonable price determination for all OLMs.

ECODIT is a prime holder of the USAID Energy II IDIQ, which aims to address the global demand for, and use of, modern energy services by fostering sustainable energy development in countries assisted by USAID. This IDIQ provides USAID Missions, regional Bureaus, and host country stakeholders and partners with technical assistance and capacity building  to manage the legal, regulatory, policy, governance, operational, financial, economic, and transactional components of improved energy sector performance, and to strengthen the enabling environment for private sector investment. It also includes energy activities in the areas of agriculture and food security, economic growth and trade, democracy, rights and governance, education, climate variability and change, human population and health, social development and gender equality, disaster mitigation and response, reconstruction, environmental and natural resource management, and urban development.
