The Power Africa Initiative Support Mechanism Activity (PAISM) is a five-year USAID project that provides comprehensive support to the Power Africa Coordinator’s Office, including in the areas of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL), Collaborating, Learning, and Adapting (CLA), and data. Through PAISM, ECODIT supports portfolio-level monitoring, conducts impact and performance evaluations, and works to design and implement a comprehensive CLA plan that will leverage Power Africa’s evidence base to inform continuous improvement and programmatic success. These activities support Power Africa's goal of adding 60 million new electricity connections and 30,000 megawatts of cleaner, renewable energy by 2030, driving transformative change in the region’s energy landscape.
